基于热路模型的矿用高压电缆内因火灾预警研究

  • 摘要: 线芯的异常温升是矿用电缆内因火灾的极早期特征,及时准确地获取电缆线芯温度是电缆内因火灾预警技术的关键。本文提出了一种通过电缆外护套表面温度推算线芯温度的热路模型算法。该算法依据电缆外护套表面温度、电流、结构参数对电缆线芯导体的温度进行推算。其中,稳态热路模型算法用于电缆正常工作且电流稳定时的温度计算,暂态热路模型算法用于电缆故障时的温度计算。通过矿用电缆内因火灾实验,分析了模型的计算误差,验证了模型算法可行性。结果表明,热路模型算法的计算值与实验值吻合度较高,相对误差小于10 %,可作为矿用电缆内因火灾预警的判据。

     

    Abstract: The abnormal increase in the temperature of the cable core is an extremely early phenomenon observed during a mining cable internal-caused fire; therefore, the cable internal-caused fire warning system relies on the prompt and accurate measurement of the cable core temperature. The paper proposed a thermal circuit model to calculate the core temperature from the surface temperature of the outer sheath of the cable. The steady-state thermal circuit model is suitable for calculating the temperature when the cable is working normally and the current is stable, whereas the transient thermal circuit model is suitable for calculating the temperature when the cable is faulty. The calculation error of the model is analyzed through the internal-caused fire experiment of the mine cable, and the feasibility of the model algorithm is verified. The results show that the values obtained using the thermal circuit model are in good agreement with the experimental values, and the relative error is less than 10 %, which can be considered to be the criterion for providing early warning in case of a mining cable internal-caused fire.
