新形势下采矿工程专业人才培养对策研究

Research on countermeasures of mining engineering talent training in the new situation

  • 摘要: 随着我国全面进入新时代中国特色社会主义发展阶段,加强生态文明建设和社会经济发 展,必然要求能源消费结构转变。 煤炭作为我国主要能源,面临智能化开采、清洁高效利用的迫 切需要。 与此同时,新能源需求比重也逐渐加大。 面对新的形势,采矿工程专业人才培养面临新 的机遇和挑战。 以中国矿业大学(北京)为例,通过调研、访谈、实践等方式,从学科建设、人才培 养质量、专业方向等多个维度,探索采矿工程专业人才培养新模式,以期对下一步人才培养工作 提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: WithChinesecomprehensiveentryintotheneweraofsocialismwithChinesecharacteristics stageofdevelopment,itisnecessarytochangetheenergyconsumptionstructuretostrengthenecologicalcivilizationandsocialandeconomicdevelopment.AsthemajorenergyinChina,coalisfacedwith theurgentneedofintelligentminingandcleanandefficientutilization.Atthesametime,theproportionof new energy demand is also gradually increasing.Facing the new situation,the training of miningengineeringprofessionalsisfacedwithnewopportunitiesandchallenges.TakingChinaUniversityofMining&Technology-Beijingasanexample,throughinvestigation,interview,practiceandother methods,thisresearchexploresanewmodeoftalenttrainingforminingengineeringprofessionalsfrom multipledimensions,suchasdisciplineconstruction,talenttrainingquality,andnewprofessionalorientation.Itishopedthattheresearchresultswillprovidetheoreticalbasisforfuturetalenttraining program.
