基于小角X射线散射技术计算不同孔形的煤孔隙特征比较研究

The comparative study on calculation of coal pore characteristics of different pore shapes based SAXS

  • 摘要: 为了确定小角X射线散射(SmallAngleX-rayScattering,SAXS)测试中煤孔隙结构最适 用的孔形,对河北邯郸大淑村煤矿的煤样进行小角X射线散射测试和氮气吸附测试。 通过计算 7个具有不同孔形和不同高径比下煤样的孔径分布、比表面积和孔隙率,并与氮气吸附测试结果 比较,得出:①最适合大淑村煤矿煤样的孔形是高径比为0.1的圆柱形;②SAXS测得的比表面积 和孔隙率比氮气吸附大,原因是SAXS可以测到煤样中封闭孔以及开口较小的锥形孔。 测试确 定最适用煤孔形对今后使用SAXS测试煤样孔隙结构具有重要参考意义。

     

    Abstract: InordertoascertainthemostsuitableshapeintestingporestructureofcoalwithSmallAngle X-rayScattering(SAXS),thecoalsamplesfromDashucuncoalminelocatedin Handan,Heibei provincewere tested with SAXS and low temperature nitrogen adsorption, and the conclusion are reachedbycomparingtheporesizedistribution,specificsurfaceandporosityof7differentporeshapes andratioofheighttodiameterwiththesenitrogenadsorption. ①Thediskwiththeratioofheighttodiameterequalto0.1isthemostsuitableshapeforthecoalsamplesfromDashucuncoalmineintesting porestructure. ②ThereasonwhylargerspecificsurfaceandporosityareobtainedinSAXStestthan thesefromlowtemperaturenitrogenadsorptionisthatthecloseholeandthetaperholewithsmaller openingcanbetestedwithSAXS. Itisofmuchreferencesignificanceforthetestingofporestructure inthefuturewiththeshapeascertainedinthistest.
