基于“五纵五横”框架的智慧旅游城市建设规划研究

Discussion of smart tourism city construction schematization based on“five vertical-five horizontal” frameworks

摘要: 在分析国内外智慧旅游发展现状的基础上,针对我国当前智慧旅游城市建设规划进程中基础设施建设、公共服务平台构建和应用系统开发等存在的问题,提出了涵盖技术、标准、安全、政策的“五纵”运维运营体系以及包括基础设施层、信息资源层、应用支撑层、应用层和决策层的 “五横”框架体系,为我国智慧城市建设提供理论支撑和现实借鉴。

Abstract: Basedontheanalysisofsmarttourismdevelopment,theconstructionofafivevertical-five horizontalframeworktosolvetheproblemininfrastructureconstruction,publicserviceplatformandsystemdevelopmentinsmarttourismcityconstructionisproposed.Fiveverticalincludestechnology,standard,security,policy,maintenanceandoperation,whilefivehorizontalincludesinfrastructurelayer,resourcelayer,applicationsupportlayer,applicationlayeranddecisionlayer,whichprovidestheoretical supportandpracticalreferenceforsmarttourismcityconstructioninChina.
