聚合硫酸铁应用于选择性聚团法制备超纯煤

Application of polyferric sulfate in the preparation of ultra clean coal by selective agglomeration

  • 摘要: 为探索聚合硫酸铁应用于选择性聚团法制备超纯煤,以宁夏太西无烟煤为研究对象,采 用选择性聚团法对超细研磨的煤粉进行分选试验。 研究了研磨时间、聚合硫酸铁用量、聚合硫酸 铁与聚合氯化铝混合用量对精煤灰分和产率的影响,对比了硫酸铁和聚合硫酸铁分选效果的影 响。 本研究采用激光粒度仪对不同研磨时间的煤样进行了粒度的测定,采用Zeta电位仪对添加 不同无机高分子电解质的煤进行了电位值的测定。 结果表明,聚合硫酸铁和硫酸铁有利于减少 煤中的矿物质,低用量条件下聚合硫酸铁分选效果优于硫酸铁。 当聚合硫酸铁与质量分数29% 的聚合氯化铝按1∶1混合,其混合用量为26.45g/(t煤)、研磨时间为30min时,分选出的超纯 煤灰分达到0.63% ,精煤产率为66.84% 。 随着聚合硫酸铁用量的增加,Zeta电位呈现先减小后 增大的趋势,由-21.40mV减小到-25.40mV后再增大到-14.30mV。 随着聚合硫酸铁和聚合 氯化铝混合用量的增大,Zeta电位值不断增大,由-23.83mV增大到-13.33mV。

     

    Abstract: TheapplicationofpolyferricsulfateinthepreparationofUltraCleanCoalbyselectiveagglomerationwasinvestigated.TaixianthraciteinNingxiaastheresearchobject,theultrafinepulverized coalwasusedinthisstudy.Theeffectofthemilingtime,polymericferricsulphateandthemixtureof polyferricsulfateandpolyaluminiumchlorideonthecleanedcoalashcontentandyieldwerediscussed, furthermore,thebeneficiationeffectsofferricsulfateandpolyferricsulfatewerecompared.Theparticle sizeofcoalsampleswithdifferentmillingtimewasdeterminedbylaserparticlesizeanalyzer,andthe potentialvalueofcoalwithdifferentinorganicpolymerelectrolyteswasdeterminedbyZetapotentiometer.Theresultsshowthatpolyferricsulfateandferricsulfatehadapositiveeffectonthereductionof mineralcontentsincoal.Thebeneficiationeffectofpolyferricsulfateisbetterthanthatofferricsulfate
    atlowdosage.Polyferricsulfateand29% polyaluminiumchlorideweremixedat1∶1,whenitsdosage was26.45g/tandthemillingtimewas30minutes,theashcontentofultracleancoalwas0.63% and thecleancoalyieldwas66.84%.Withtheincreaseofthedosageofpolyferricsulfate,theZetapotential decreasedfrom-21.40mVto-14.30mVfirstandthenincreasedto-25.40mV.Withtheincreaseof the mixing amount of polyferric sulfate and polyaluminium chloride,the Zeta potential increased from-23.83mVto-13.33mV.
