AirpollutionisaseriousprobleminChina,andthecontrolmeasuresareincomplete.Byconductingacomparativestudyofdomesticandforeignemissionstandardsofvolatileorganiccompounds (VOCs)andlearningthecontentofforeignstandards,wecanprovideideasforChina*senvironmental management and reduce the harm of VOCs to human health and ecological environment via strengtheningmanagementandcontrol.Throughacomparativeresearchonthedefinition,hazardattributes,controlmeasuresandotheraspectsofVOCsbetweenChinaanddevelopedcountries,severalsuggestionsareputforwardforthemanagementandcontrolofVOCsinChina:strengtheningtop-leveldesign;scientificscreeningtoincreaseindustrialpollutioncontrol;establishingrefinedstandardsystem; implementing risk management; considering photochemical reaction and harmful properties, strengtheningsourceprevention.
