Abstract
Therotationalspeedofthetoothedrollscrusherisakeyparameterforcontrollingtheparticle sizeofthecrushed product.At present,the determination of the rotational speed isin a qualitative stage.Thereisnocorrespondingtheorytoguide.BasedontheGrady-Kippdynamicfracturemodel,the relationshipbetweenloadingspeedandproductparticlesizeisanalyzed.The anthraciteandgangue crushedatdifferentloadingspeedswascarriedoutbydrophammertestmachine.Theresultsshowthat theaveragesizeofthetwomaterialsdecreaseswiththeincreaseofloadingspeedwithpowerlaw.The testresultsverifythecorrectnessofthefracturemodel,andprovideareferenceforthedeterminationof theloadingspeedoftoothedrollscrusher.
