Inthemineventilation,thelaminarsublayerappearednearthewallofroadwaynotonlyexerts animportantinfluenceontheformationofvortexinthecorezoneandtheaccumulationofdustandgas, butalsoplaysadecisiveroleontheheattransfer,masstransferanddragreductionwiththewall*This paperbasedonNikuradseexperiment,avelocitydistributionformulawasderivedbytheoreticalanalysis aboundarybetweentransionalregionandhydraulicroughregionwasdetermined*Amoreprecisemath⁃ ematicalmodeloflaminarsublayerthicknesswasderivedandamathematicalmodelofboundaryturbu⁃ lentvelocitywasestablished,whichverifiedthatthethicknessdecreasedastheReynoldsnumberin⁃ creasedandroughnessdecreased,andfoundthattheratiooflaminarsublayerenergydissipationin⁃ creasedwiththeReynoldsnumberdecreasedandroughnessincreased*Theresultscouldbeappliedin theanalysisofmineventilation*
