  • In order to study the penetration,diffusion mechanism and parameter optimization in the processofgroutingreinforcementandsealingofdrenchingandsoftroadway,firstly,thefluid⁃solidcou⁃ plingnumericalanalyseswereappliedtoexploretheprincipleofslurrymotionanddiffusionintherock mass,andthereasonablegroutingpressure,timeandwater⁃cementratioweregiven*Thenbasedonthe elastic⁃plasticandseepagetheory,therelationshipofgroutingreinforcementradiusandsizeofplastic zonewasanalyzedundertheosmoticpressuretodeterminereasonablegroutingdepth*Researchresults showedthat:Diffusionrangeofhigh⁃waterviscositytime⁃dependentslurryincreasedwiththegrouting pressure,water⁃cement ratio and time in the rock mass,and the reasonable grouting pressure was 2*5MPa;water⁃cementratiowas2∶1;groutingtimewasabout30minundergeologicalconditionsoftheSXJproduction*Theradiusofplasticzonedecreasedwiththeincreaseofgroutingradiusbutthe decrementbecomelow,itconcludedthatthereasonablegroutingradiuswasabout10*29m*Theradius oftheplasticzonearoundtheroadwayundertheosmoticpressureof0*5MPaandthegroutingraduisof 5*5mwas2*84mgreaterthantheradiusof2*10mundernon⁃seepagepressure*Theoptimizedgrou⁃ tingparameterswereappliedtothetreatmentofsurroundingrockofdrenchingandsoftroadwayusing deep⁃holeanchoragegroutingtechnology,andthegoodresultshadbeenachieved*
