Abstract
Theeffectofwaterinfusionofcoalseamshasadirectinfluenceonthedisasterprevention andmitigationandefficientproductioninmines*Uncertaintymeasurementtheoryintegratedwithcom⁃ binedweightingofdriftingdegreeisappliedtoestablishthedriftingdegree⁃uncertaintymeasurement modelinordertoevaluatetheeffectofwaterinfusionofcoalseamsaccurately*Theuncertaintymeas⁃ urementfunctionofeachindexisestablishedbyusingtheuncertaintymeasurementtheorywhichcan getthematrixofsingleindexmeasurementevaluation*Thentheweightcoefficientsareallocatedbyu⁃ singthedriftingdegreetoobtainamoreaccuratecombinedweight*Finally,onthebasisofcrediblerec⁃ ognitioncriterion,thegradingsoftheeffectoftheprojectswerejudgedwiththeevaluationvectorof multi⁃indexescomprehensivemeasurementevaluation,andtheevaluationresultswererefinedbytheex⁃ pectedvalueandmeasurementofthesample’sgrade*Takingtheengineeringprojectofwaterinfusionofthecoalseamoftheworkingfaceasanexample,theeffectiscomparedwithotherevaluationmethods andtheresultsshowthatthemethodinthispaperismoreconsistentwithpracticalsituation*Thismodel surmountstheinfluenceofsomeuncertaintyinformationsuchastheindexgrade’sintervaldividingand the allocation of weight coefficient on the evaluation*This method provides a new reference for evaluatingtheeffectofwaterinfusionofcoalseams*
