A fast numerical method based on static reduction for the solution of the contact problem of the piston ring

  • 摘要: 本文提供了一种基于静态缩减法快速求解活塞环接触节点位移的数值方法.通过对活塞环的整体刚度矩阵进行静态缩减,得到接触刚度矩阵,从而将接触节点的位移与接触力联系起来.给定任意接触压力,可以快速求解相对应的接触节点位移,反之亦然.在一定的外加载荷作用下,采用数值法得到的活塞环接触节点位移与理论解析结果相一致,误差小于2%,验证了该方法的准确性.同时,将其应用到活塞环自由形状的设计中,可以方便地获得满足任意给定接触压力下活塞环的自由形状,从而保证装配后活塞环圆周上分布有合理的初始接触压力,提高活塞环的耐磨强度和使用寿命.
