Microscopic experiment of consolidating tailings by Linglong cementitious material

摘要: 为探究玲珑金矿胶结剂在不同条件下对尾砂固结过程的影响,参照普通硅酸盐水泥,设 计了一系列不同灰砂比、料浆质量浓度和养护龄期的充填体试块,进行力学实验测定其单轴抗压 强度,并借助XRD、SEM对尾砂充填体物相组成和微观形貌进行分析。 结果表明:胶结剂水化反 应会产生钙矾石和C—S—H凝胶,促使尾砂充填体固结硬化;养护龄期、灰砂比会影响水化产物 中的钙矾石和C—S—H凝胶的含量及其形态的发展,养护龄期和灰砂比的增大,水化产物含量 增加,彼此搭接形成致密的网状结构,宏观上表现为强度的提高;料浆质量浓度则会影响试块的 孔隙结构,从而影响强度。Abstract: InordertoinvestigatetheinfluenceofLinglongcementitiousmaterialontheconsolidationof tailingsunderdifferentconditions,aseriesofbackfillblocksatdifferentratios,differentdensitiesand differentcuringagesaredesignedwithordinaryPortlandcementcontrolandtheiruniaxialcompressive strengthismeasuredthroughstrengthtest.Thenthephasecompositionandthemicro-morphologyofthe tailingsbackfillarediscussedbysuchmeasuringandtestingtechniquesasXRDandSEM.Theresults showthatthehydrationreactionofthecementitiousmaterialproducesettringiteandC—S—Hgel,and promotestheconsolidationofthetailingsbackfill;theageandtheratioofcementitiousmaterialtotailingswillaffectthedevelopmentofthecontentandmorphologyofettringiteandC—S—Hgelinthehydrationproducts,andthecontentofhydrationproductswillincreasewiththeincreaseofageandthera
tioofcementitiousmaterialtotailings.Thecontent of the productsincreasesand overlapsto form a densenetworkstructure,whichismacroscopicallyexpressedasanincreaseinstrength;themassconcentrationaffectstheporesinthetestblock,therebyaffectingthestrength.
