Preparation of anthracitebased CO2 adsorbents and electrode materials

摘要: 本文以宁夏太西无烟煤为基础材料,预先进行粉碎、脱灰处理,以KOH为活化剂,通过调节KOH和煤的比例得到不同比表面积和孔径分布的煤基多孔炭材料。在800 ℃条件下,KOH和煤的质量比为5∶1时,活化处理2 h,所得材料具有最高的比表面积和孔容(3.275 m2/g,1.62 cm3/g),其在0 ℃、100 kPa的条件下对CO2吸附的质量分数为23.71 %。以尿素为氮源对材料进行掺氮处理,通过氧化还原反应在炭材料上负载MnO2组成复合材料,将其用于锂离子电池负极。测试结果表明:所得材料的充放电循环稳定性较好,掺氮以及负载MnO2有助于材料比电容的提高。Abstract: In this paper,coalbased porous carbon material with different specific surface area and pore size distribution was obtained by adjusting the proportion of KOH to coal based on Taixi anthraciteWhen the ratio of KOH to coal is 5∶1 at the temperature of 800 ℃ for activation of 2 h,the obtained material has the highest specific surface area and pore volume(3 275 m2/g,162 cm3/g)The adsorption amount of carbon dioxide at 0 ℃ and 100 kPa was 2371 %The material is doped with nitrogen by using urea as a nitrogen sourceCompound material was prepared through oxidationreduction reaction on the carbon material loaded with manganese,which is used for a negative electrode material of a lithium ion batteryIt exhibits good stability in chargedischarge cyclesThe nitrogen and manganese dioxide are helpful to improve the specific capacitance of the material
