The procedure of publishing manuscripts includes pre-screen, peer-review and the final editorial assessment.

1. Pre-screen

All manuscripts will be pre-screened by the editor to confirm whether they are

1) aligned with the aims and scope of this journal,

2) in required format,

3) original work of high academic values at the cutting edge of the discipline.

Only manuscripts that meet the above criteria will then be peer-reviewed.

2. Peer review policy

This journal operates a double-blind reviewing policy to ensure that the manuscripts be evaluated objectively. Both the reviewers and submitting authors have their names, gender and institutional affiliations hidden to each other. A manuscript shall be evaluated to see if

1) the topic is timely and of current interest,

2) the research is original,

3) the choice of references is accurate and representative,

4) the findings inspire further studies.

Reviewers' recommendations are key to the final editorial assessment on the publication of manuscripts.

3. The Final Editorial Assessment

The revised manuscript will be sent to the editorial office for the Editor-in-Chief and the Executive Editor-in-Chief to double check its quality and make a final decision on its publication.
