Abstract
Thevibrationstabilityisoneoftheimportantperformancesofresonantaccelerometer,which hasanimportantimpactonmeasurementaccuracyandreliability.Inthispaper,thesensitivestructure vibrationstabilityoftheresonantaccelerometeristakenastheresearchobject,andtheinfluenceof structuralparametersontheresonantbeamvibrationstabilityisstudied.Firstofall,thesensitivemechanismofresonantaccelerometerisanalyzed,andthedynamicmathematicalmodelofresonantbeamis constructed.Thenthegeneralapproximatesolutionofthevibrationbeamdynamicmathematicalmodelis solvedbythemeansofsmallparameterperturbation,whichprovidesatheoreticalbasisfortheresonant beamvibrationstability.Intheconditionoftwotypicalaxialforces,thetransitioncurveofstabilityrange forthedynamicmathematicalmodelisobtained,whichmakesitpossibleforaquantitativeanalysisof thecorresponding relationship between the resonant beam vibration stability and the accelerometer structuralparameters.Finally,accordingtotheconclusionofstabilityanalysis,the1g staticrollingtest isperformedontheaccelerometer.Theresearchresultsshowthatstabilityanalysisprovideseffective theoreticalfoundationforoptimizingtheaccelerometerstructuralparameters.
