基于变迁记忆的无人化掘进机故障Petri网研究

Study on the fault Petri nets of the unmanned roadheader based on the transition memory

  • 摘要: 无人化掘进机是无人化采矿技术理念的具体实现,煤矿智能化开采要求掘进机具备智能诊断技术。本文在分析传统Petri网在故障诊断领域的应用基础上,给出了故障诊断问题的不同建模分类及一种理论表达,并抽象出故障诊断领域的三大科学技术问题。介绍了表征变迁记忆的变迁标识矩阵,用于表达故障传播路径,在此基础上从新型故障Petri网定义、关联矩阵改进、状态方程、变迁记忆表达等几个方面,论述了基于变迁记忆的掘进机故障Petri网的理论定义及技术实现。最后验证并指出了智能诊断函数的表达形式及故障传播路径智能推理的一致性表达。

     

    Abstract: Unmanned roadheader is the realization of the concept of unmanned mining technology,coal mine intelligent mining requires roadheader with intelligent diagnosis technology.Based on the analysis of the traditional Petri nets application in the field of fault diagnosis,this paper gives fault diagnosis modeling expression of different classification problem & a kind of theory,and the abstraction of three big problems of science and technology in the field of fault diagnosis.Here,we introduce transition token matrix representation of transition memory in order to express path of fault propagation.On this basis,from several aspects which are the new fault Petri nets definition,correlation matrix improvement,equation of state,transition memory,this paper discusses the theory and technology of fault definition of roadheader Petri nets based on transition memory.Finally,it is proved that the expression form of intelligent diagnosis function and the consistent expression of intelligent reasoning of fault propagation path.
