Optimization of mining sequence in the fault-subsiding area of Heidaigou open-pit mine

  • 摘要: 开采程序直接关系到矿山的安全高效生产,影响矿山企业的发展及经济效益。 为解 决黑岱沟露天煤矿过断陷带开采程序问题,依据黑岱沟露天煤矿的煤岩赋存条件、矿山生 产现状、工艺设备类型等因素,提出了3 种开采方案。 从经济、技术、安全三方面综合考虑 与方案相关的评价指标,运用三维建模和模拟开采技术,定性与定量相结合对各指标确定 了指标值。 运用层次分析法与理想点法相融合的方法,建立综合评价指标体系模型,确定 了最优的开采方案。

     

    Abstract: Theminingsequenceaffectsthesafeandefficientproductionofminesandthedevelopment andeconomicbenefitsofminingenterprises.Inordertosolvetheproblemofminingsequenceduring thefault-subsidingareaofHeidaigouopen-pitmine,threeminingmethodsareproposedbasedonthe coalandrockoccurrenceconditions,mineproductionstatusandequipmenttypes.Theevaluationindicatorsrelatedtotheprogramfromtheaspectsofeconomy,technologyandsafetyandusedthethree-dimensionalmodelingandsimulatedminingtechnology,qualitativeandquantitativecombinationtodeterminethevaluesofeachparameter.Finally,TheAHP-idealpointmethodwasusedtoestablishacomprehensiveevaluationindexsystemmodeltodeterminetheoptimalminingplan.
