基于小信号模型的级联式单相VIENNA开关变换器的控制与仿真设计

摘要: 针对传统矿用高压变频器整流级前端需要接入昂贵而笨重的工频变压器的问题,同时考 虑矿用主通风机并不需要反馈电能,提出一种由3 个级联式单相VIENNA开关变换器星接组成 的三相整流电路作为矿用高压变频器的整流级。 这种级联式开关变换器具有能量单向流动、开 关器件少的特点,可有效降低开关管及二极管的耐压,适合于高压大功率场合,取消了工频变压 器,降低了变频器的成本。 小信号建模对于研究电路的动态过程具有重要的意义,本文依据这种 级联式开关变换器的工作状态建立小信号模型,按照参数要求设计补偿网络的传递函数,通过伯 德图和仿真证明该小信号模型的正确性。Abstract: Inordertoavoidusingtheheavyandexpensivelinefrequencytransformerinthetraditional high-voltageminingACdriver,andconsideringthattheminingfandoesnotneedenergyfeedback,a three-phaserectifierconsistingofthreestarconnectedcascadedsingle-phaseVIENNAswitchingconverter(CSVSC)isproposed,whichcanbeusedasrectifierstageoftheACdriver.TheCSVSChasthe characteristicsofone-wayflowofenergyandfewerswitchingdevices,whichcaneffectivelyreducethe withstandvoltage of the switching device and diode.Therefore,the CSVSC can be applied to highvoltageandhigh-powerapplications,eliminatingthelinefrequencytransformerandreducingthecostof theACdriver.Small-signalmodelingisofgreatsignificanceforstudyingthedynamicprocessofcircuits.Inthispaper,the small-signal model is established by analyzing the working state of the CSVSC.Thetransfer function of the compensation network is designed according to the given parameters.Thecorrectnessoftheproposedsmall-signalmodelisprovedbyBodediagramandsimulation.
