基于响应面法的长焰煤浮选工艺模型及因子作用分析

Analysis of models and factors of long flame coal flotation process by response surface methodology

  • 摘要: 本研究采用絮团浮选方法对神东长焰煤进行物理化学脱灰制备超净煤。 基于 Box BehnkenDesign(BBD) 响应面法设计试验方案,主要考察煤油用量(A)、仲辛醇用量(B)和机械 搅拌速度(C)对精煤灰分和精煤产率的影响。 结果表明,各因子及其交互作用对精煤灰分影响 的显著性顺序为:C>B>A,AB>AC>BC;对精煤产率影响的显著性顺序为:B>A>C,AC>BC>AB。 最 佳浮选工艺条件为煤油用量1.55mL、仲辛醇用量335μL和机械搅拌速度3690r/min,此时 精煤灰分1.72% 、产率45.03% 。
