摘要: 分级破碎机齿辊转速是控制破碎产品粒度的关键参数。 目前,齿辊转速的确定处于定性 阶段,还没有相应的理论指导。 本文从Grady-Kipp动态断裂模型出发,分析了加载速率与试样粒 度之间的关系,并通过落锤试验机对无烟煤和煤矸石两种物料在不同加载速率下进行重锤试验, 发现两种物料碎块平均粒度随加载速率的增大按幂函数规律减小,为分级破碎机转速的确定提 供了依据。Abstract: Therotationalspeedofthetoothedrollscrusherisakeyparameterforcontrollingtheparticle sizeofthecrushed product.At present,the determination of the rotational speed isin a qualitative stage.Thereisnocorrespondingtheorytoguide.BasedontheGrady-Kippdynamicfracturemodel,the relationshipbetweenloadingspeedandproductparticlesizeisanalyzed.The anthraciteandgangue crushedatdifferentloadingspeedswascarriedoutbydrophammertestmachine.Theresultsshowthat theaveragesizeofthetwomaterialsdecreaseswiththeincreaseofloadingspeedwithpowerlaw.The testresultsverifythecorrectnessofthefracturemodel,andprovideareferenceforthedeterminationof theloadingspeedoftoothedrollscrusher.
