滑动粗糙表面接触导热的影响因素研究

Research on the influencing factors of contact heat conduction between sliding rough surfaces

  • 摘要: 通过对ABAQUS有限元软件进行二次开发,对滑动粗糙表面间的接触导热问题进行了研 究。 将滑动粗糙表面间的接触热导定义为滑动速度、接触压强、材料热参数以及表面粗糙度的函 数,并且分析了3个无量纲参数对接触导热的影响。 研究表明,往复运动形式对滑动粗糙表面间 的导热具有重要的影响。 当滑动表面间的导热过程达到稳定状态时,单位时间内的无量纲平均 热流密度随着无量纲参数 η 和无量纲频率* ω 的增大而升高,随着接触荷载的减小以及表面粗糙 度的增大而减小。 此外,无量纲平均温度的变化规律与无量纲平均热流密度的变化规律相一致。
