充气式液固流化床分选粗煤泥的试验研究

摘要: 为了解决选煤厂粗煤泥的分选难题、提高粗粒煤的分选效果,基于重浮耦合原理开发了 一种充气式液固流化床分选粗煤泥的流态化分选机,利用该分选机在实验室开展了1*000~ 0*125mm粗煤泥的分选试验。 试验结果表明:随着上升水流速率、充气量和药剂用量的增加,精 煤灰分、精煤产率、可燃体回收率都随之升高;在上升水流速率30mm/s、充气量0*36m3/h、起泡 剂用量0*06285mmol/L的条件下,分选效果最佳;对比常规液固流化床分选试验,可以看出充气 后精煤中各个粒级的产率明显增加,尾煤中各个粒级的产率明显降低,粗颗粒回收率提高了 29*12%,可能偏差 Ep 达到0*08,分选效果明显优于传统液固流化床分选机。Abstract: Inordertosolvetheproblemofcoarsecoalseparationincoalcleaningplant,improvethe effectofcoarsecoalseparation,aninflatableliquid⁃solidfluidizedbedseparatorisdevelopedontheba⁃ sisoftheprincipleofgravityfloatingcouplingforthecoarsecoal,andtheseparationtestsareconducted forcoarsecoalwithsizeof1*000~0*125mminthelab*Withtheincreaseofthesuperficialwaterve⁃ locity,aerationquantityandfrotherdosage,thefinecoalash,thefinecoalyieldandtherecoveryrateof thecombustiblebodyareallincreased*Whenthesuperficialwatervelocityis30mm/s,aerationquantity is0*36m3/h,andthefrotherdosageis0*06285mmol/L,theseparationeffectisthebest*Compared withtraditionalliquid⁃solidfluidizedbedseparationtest,itcanbeseenthattheproductionrateofeach gradeinthecleancoalissignificantlyincreased,andtheyieldofeachgradeinthetailcoalissignifi⁃ cantlyreduced,andtherecoveryrateofcoarseparticlesisincreasedby29*12%,andthe Ep(Ecart probable)is0*08,andtheseparationeffectissignificantlybetterthanthatoftraditionalliquid⁃solid fluidizedbedseparator*
