关于错层位采煤法接续面巷道合理位置的选择

Determine the reasonable haulage roadway position of successive panel based on the split⁃level mining method

  • 摘要: 本文重点研究相邻接续面巷道布置的合理位置。 以某矿为工程背景,理论分析给出了实 体煤侧垂直方向上的分区:一侧采空实体煤分区、过渡区和沿底弹性区。 根据巷道布置原则,将 巷道在垂直方向上沿9号煤层底板布置在弹性区,在水平方向上布置在极限平衡区的低应力区 域内。 采用理论分析、FLAC3D数值模拟等研究方法,确定了在该工程背景下的水平方向上的合理 错距为2m。 工程应用中结合现场试验对接续面进风巷采取联合支护,通过对巷道的顶底板移 近量和两帮位移量进行实测,发现围岩变形量得到有效控制。

     

    Abstract: Thispaperstudymainlyonthereasonablehaulageroadwaypositionofsuccessivepanelbe⁃ tweentwoadjointpanels*Relyingonaminefortheprojectbackground,bythetheoreticalanalysis, threezonesintheverticaldirectionofthesolidcoalsideweregiven:Solidcoalstresszonealongone sideofthegoaf,transitionalzoneandelasticzonealongthefloor*Accordingtotheprincipleofroadway layout,theroadwayshouldbearrangedverticallyintheelasticzonealongthefloorandhorizontallyin thelow⁃stressregionofthelimitequilibriumzone*Thereasonablestaggeredhorizontaldistancebetween adjacentroadwaysforthisprojectbackgroundwasfoundtobe2mbytheoreticalanalysisandFLAC3D numericalsimulation*Intheengineeringapplication,combinedsupportwasappliedonthehaulageroad⁃ way,andthedeformationofthesurroundingrockintheroof,floorandsidesofthehaulageroadwaywas effectivelycontrolledaccordingtotheactualfieldtest*
