煤矿井下机械动筛跳汰机模糊逻辑控制

Fuzzy logic control for coal mine underground mechanical moving jigger

  • 摘要: 煤矿井下排矸和采空区充填技术是实现绿色开采的有效途径,机械动筛跳汰机作为井下原煤初选排矸系统的核心设备,其排矸控制系统的性能对提高煤矸分选效率至关重要。针对目前井下动筛跳汰机分选控制系统非线性、时变不确定性和纯滞后性等特点,对跳汰机控制系统进行了模糊逻辑控制设计,实现了排矸电动机转速的模糊化控制。在唐山矿进行了工业性试验,得到了3种工况下动筛内矸石量及排矸电机频率输出曲线变化规律。试验结果表明,使用模糊逻辑控制的排矸系统矸石层更加稳定,避免了破坏矸石层结构,提高了煤矸分选效率,达到了理想的排矸效果。
