中国煤炭工业高质量发展测度及耦合协调分析——基于2000—2019年数据的实证研究

Evaluation and coupling coordination analysis of high quality development of China's coal industry: Empirical research based on data from 2000 to 2019

  • 摘要: 本文从经济效益、创新发展、集约发展、安全发展、绿色发展和高效发展6个维度构建了煤炭工业高质量发展评价指标体系,通过熵权法、理想点法(TOPSIS)和耦合协调度模型测度并深入分析了我国煤炭工业2000—2019年的高质量发展状况。结果表明:煤炭工业高质量发展成效显著,但产业规模与高质量发展水平呈现明显的不同步现象;在不同的发展阶段,煤炭工业高质量发展的主动力和“短板”有所不同;煤炭工业高质量发展的6个维度在研究期内均有不同程度上的提升,但绿色发展和高效发展的提升速度相对较慢;煤炭工业6维度发展耦合协调度稳定上升,但尚未进入“优质协调发展”阶段,协调发展水平有待提升。

     

    Abstract: This paper constructs an evaluation index system for high-quality development of coal industry from six dimensions: economic benefits, innovative development, intensive development, safe development, green development and efficient development.The high-quality development of China's coal industry from 2000 to 2019 is measured and analyzed in depth by entropy method, TOPSIS method and coupling coordination model.The results show that the high-quality development of the coal industry has achieved significant achievement, but the industrial scale is obviously out of sync with the high-quality development level.The main motivation and "short board" of high-quality development of the coal industry is significantly different in different stages of development.The six dimensions of high-quality development of the coal industry have been improved to varying degrees during the research period, but the speed of green development and high-efficiency development is relatively low.The coupling and coordination degree of the six-dimensional development of the coal industry has steadily increased, but has not yet entered the stage of "high-quality coordinated development"and the level of coordinated development needs to be improved.
